well we shall see. have to go out to close another realestate deal. to bad pmcm is unable to close on theirs. not hard to do at all as long as you have the money to do it. if someone takes your offer believe me they would never hold the deal up. they want the money. that is why they put it up for sale. so question is why would it not be closed. well off to close on mine.
