they don't do the high end consumer flash, mostly commodotized stuff like printers.

they were public for a chunk of the '90's and Solectron bought them out for a whopping $2 billion late '99....amazingly Solectron sold them in '04 for $100 million cash...nice job solectron, bought them inflated and sold them depressed....ceo has been with them the whole way from beginning, through the huge buyout and now with their 2nd ipo.

should add this vlrx does look to be the best of the recent crop of biopharmas coming public.
