Just fyi, the O/S is 528mm, 40mm of which is in
escrow for establishing a Foxconn L.O.C. for long-
term manufacturing needs. According to NTEK, those
shares are designated for retirement after they've
fulfilled that purpose.


I didn't ask the company but I suspect 6-18mo
is the norm for this purpose & kind of company
at this particular stage of development, etc..


So, a year from now, the ss should effectively
be AT LEAST as low as 488mm & not 550mm (just
saying).

Also, in 2013 (as you may know) NTEK REDUCED
the O/S by 238mm & have said they expect to
continue to reduce the O/S. Lately, the past
3 months, INSIDERS have been BUYING UP shares.


The CEO himself has bought shares as HIGH as
$0.17 so....we'll see how this all unfolds.
