EVEN though I feel DUPED!!!...I have to be the voice of reason today. I know this is pinkville, but we've been burned!!!!

FIRST.........go back to last year when they retired 200 million shares and then Howe talked about "this and that" bla bla bla and no further dilution. The float was posted, on this board between 400 and 500 million.

THEN....a seasoned investor notices a mass amount of shares dumped into the market by one MM. AND, someone discovers at the same time that the A/S was increased to 5.0 billion. We were told it's an SEC thing. The price continues to plummet as the float was increased 190 mill............no explanation from the company except through IR to buy equipment.......

THEN .......the ol' end of year report touting the share buyback and how they already retired 200 million. NO MENTION of the previous increase!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEN!!! Just this past Tues another red flag went up when pinksheets block LEVELII for investor protection. IN the meantime, the basher already know that the O/S was increased. Can't figure that out. SEVERAL of us call IR and confirm the PREVIOUS figures, as late as yesterday.

ALL of SUDDEN.........3.7 bill shares OS!! Now IR knows the reason..................

Now I know I'm new at this, but you increase the float by 1.5 billion just to do a buy back!!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
