Quarterly dividend starting in April at .59 for every 1000 shares. Dividend jumps to $1.02 for every 1000 shares in July! Let's put this in perspective so folks understand incentive. You own 20MM shares in April you get a dividend worth $11,800! In July that jumps to $20,400!!
That's per quarter folks!!!! You think that may be an incentive for folks with large share positions to not unload large positions? I think so!
The company will start buying back $500K worth of stock starting in July for a total of $3MM on FY.
