DJIA trading down -46.03 to 10,805.95. NASDAQ trading down -19.74 to 2,261.83. SPX trading down -5.81 to 1,265.03. Russell 2000 trading down -3.54 to 722.71. U.S. dollar strength is up +0.42% against the Yen, down -0.64% against the Euro. Light Crude Oil is up +0.12 to 64.80. Natural Gas is down -0.03 to 8.32. Gold is down -5.50 to 571.30.

Economic data released this morning included the Employment Situation for January 2006, in which the Nonfarm Payrolls came in at an actual change of 193,000, below a consensus 275,000, the Unemployment Rate came in at an actual level of 4.7%, below a consensus 4.9%, the Average Hourly Earnings came in at an actual change of 0.4%, above a consensus 0.3%, and the Average Workweek came in at an actual level of 33.8 hrs, even with a consensus 33.8 hrs; the Consumer Sentiment for January 2006, which came in at an actual level of 91.2, below a consensus 93.4; the Factory Orders for December 2005, which came in at an actual change of 1.1%, above a consensus 1.0%; and the Business Activity Index, which came in at an actual level of 56.8, below a consensus 59.7.

Amazon.com (AMZN, -5.18) is down -12.12% after announcing its Q4 earnings results yesterday after the close.

Occulogix (RHEO, -8.23) is down -64.55% after the results of the company's Phase III testing of its eye treatment did not meet its primary endpoint
