That's a negative. The hearings and investigations are to determine whether there was criminal intent behind his wrongdoings. If he is convicted of having malicious intent, he could face criminal charges. If not, he will have a hefty fine to pay.

Regardless, if he is found guilty, you might as well say goodnight to OTHM both on the Canada side and here on the pinks.
