I like the company's position today, I like their chance for financing in the future, they have said the tech works, they have a good movie, and they brought in the new CEO. They are moving forward in my eyes not backwards. In my opinion you cannot live in the past, look at the things going forward. If you truly believe that all these things that happened in the past are going to reoccur well then really one should sell. If one believes that the company is moving forward well then one should hold. It truly is that simple
