LOL...this company isn't that good...the CEO that smart...or that lucky to be held for tax reduction reasons. Its a clear case of pinky syndrome...scam, cheat, misdirect, fake left and go right, fluff and blog bravado illness, make promises and never deliver. This a case also of a CEO who hasn't a clue about branding...financing...execution or creating measurable results. You can't dilute this much and keep telling your shareholders of the CEO's visions of sugarplums and fairytales and expect any parent company to either fire the guy and/or tell him to STFU and just do your job.
The CEO can't get out of his own way and has taken money from believers. Poor guy has the OJ syndrome. He believes he's doing the right thing and has no idea how toxic it all is.
