$DHCC 404 acres in DiamondHead MS. Talked to head MGHA official who zones down in MS. He told me pre recession institutions came in along the gulf and bought land zoned for casinos. Those properties have been dormant for 5-10 years until now. The official who zones says heavy hitters have been now developing such land in the past year.
