the MM's and Insiders have a field-day trading in the 5th Decimal place while also using shareholders seed monies without directly involving trades from the OTC shareholders themselves!
OTC shareholders are limited to the 4th place!

You also said you've purchased shares in the 5th, what you didn't say is that YOU didn't SELECT the 5th, as your trading platform is restricted to the 4th like the rest of us OTC traders.
However, when placing a trade, you're also saying you'll buy anything "UP TO" the maximum amount you "Typed In" to buy!
So it's not surprising that when you enter the most lowest OTC buy order at .0001, that (Beyond your control) anything from .00001 through .0001 can get sold to you by an MM!
Hence as rarely in this case, an MM has elected to sell HESG Shares at .00005 to you!
