I'm not an expert on reverse splits, but how can it be a bad thing, if it gets the company to a larger, more credible exchange? Especially if you were able to acquire tons of shares before it happens. If someone owns several million shares, for example, they will most likely still have a lot of shares after the RS, plus be trading on a larger exchange.
