What is strange to me is how AVTC is an actual company yet their unethical IMO treatment of insider preferred shares is so easily exposed/provable from looking at the 10Ks--how can they expect to generate any shareholder loyalty when they dilute shareholders while multiplying their own percentage of ownership by 5-6 times? Is there any justification for doing something like that? I don't think so.
