My shares are in my ameritrade account. They cannot be traded until big apple lifts the restriction. I talked with matt or mike mcquire, (can't even remember his name anymore) back in early december 05. He told me that as long as they never become a filing company they will never have to issue the dividends to the shareholders.

Don't you just like the way this company holds its huge shareholder base captive for whatever reason it may need it for. This action alone speaks volumes about it's intent to me.
