Tekoah19...All I can say is that the incentive to sell restricted stock bought 600% higher than today's closing price would only occur at prices above their purchase price i.e.$.15.
If you're worried about overhead resistance at $.15 then you're as greedy as me.Also it would seem that after waiting a year to recoup their investment they just might decide to hang in for a good return rather than bail at break even.
