The amount is far less than $600K, as the main principle balance of $500K has already been paid. You can find more on it in my DD compilation. Let's talk about the filing. The company has $10M of debt, zero revenue and 316M OS according to the last filing. OS is still tiny compared to 95% of the pennies, so that is not an issue. Dilution is not a concern at the moment looking at the previous two days of solid green. When it looked like dilution was active, I was the first person to say so, but I think they are done for now. So we have debt and zero revenue left. Well, this is why it is not trading at $1 right now - because there is debt and no revenue. Pennies trade on potential, not fundamentals, and the potential here is worth much more than $0.003, only a fool will argue with that -- industry, patents, technology, BOD, Korea, etc etc etc...
