I did, lol. The reason NYS has so many hatcheries including on Long Island is Teddy Rosevelt loved to his freshly caught caught trout fried in bacon "Teddy Rosevelt Style".

Been trying to finish up my leaf grinding activities to fill up the compost bin. I still have some carrots in the ground, should be nice and sweet, but need to get them out of the ground as we are getting another decent freeze, which a little unusual... Also have a little spinach chard that's still alive to harvest. Having a garden does keep you busy mostly year round...

We did have a nice X-mass and kids enjoyed their haul, though we tried our best to keep it under a limit, lol. Wife and daughter had birthdays the past two days so we are extra busy with events this time of year. Went to the Big Apple Circus yesterday. Nice little show... Hope you had a nice time too, tough without Santa coming down the chimny anymore certainly a different experience.
