Anormed/PGS,
I am not confident about AMD 070 that it will hit the figure of 1Log reduction. It might not show any sig side effects. A much potent version (10 times) of CXCR4 inhibitor has also been shown at the same bangkok meeting by researchers from Okinawa.So in a word bearish on AMD070.
I think CCR5 might have more chances of a success and I can't comment much on it because it is still preclinical. I was always interested to see the combination effect. I got interested in them after reading articles from sciam and nature and other HIV journals. So reluctantly
shelved my bookish knowledge and sold my Anormed today... I will wait on the sidelines and watch as of now...
