Saying that audits take a long time is not a credible answer especially in light of tweets delivered in September by Nick saying the audit was "close"

OK!!! I am going to try one more time. When you mail out questions to a lot of different people and companies You expect a timely reply. Some do not and some just don't answer at all. But when you think you have ask all the right questions and you think you have covered all the bases. One response could open up a whole new can of worms and then the company has to go off in another direction!!!! Nick thought everything was covered and everything was fine. As you can see from his tweet something popped up. He will get it straighten out!!!! I am in another stock that after 2 years they finally have gotten all their answers and submitted their 10K. All your tough Questions have been answered in Nick's Tweets. You either believe or you don't !!!!
