Once, why can't you admit you are wrong on this issue? The people who signed up for Jim's list signed up because they knowingly expect IDCC-related e-mails from him. You, on the other hand, sent out unsolicited e-mail to that list. This is known as spam, a highly frowned upon practice, as you should know. In case you don't believe me, here is the definition of it:

Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it.
