Very informative WD, thanks for taking the time to spell it out. I'm not quite sure I follow the math though.

"Superior sold their 25% to the investor group for a totally free carry for a third."

Does that mean that in return for zero outlay that Superior receives the difference between 33.3% and 25% (8.3%)?? Or am I totally misunderstanding what you're saying. Would really appreciate your help in getting this right in my mind. Thanks much.
