An 8-K has been filed regarding what is now a "formal private investigation" by the SEC. The 8-K contains the complete subpoena supplied by the SEC, which seeks to compel the production of, among other things:
"All communications between you, PUBLIC STARTUP, WE CLUSTER, or RISK NERD and investors or potential investors in PUBLIC STARTUP, WE CLUSTER, or RISK NERD;"
For some reason, which the SEC EDGAR filing technical support staff tell me is the normal expected result of using the EDGAR filing website to submit PDF attachments to 8-K filings, there is no 8-K cover page automatically generated and thus the PDF version of the filing contains only Exhibit 1 attached to the 8-K.
A previous 8-K filing which contained multiple Exhibits resulted in only one of the Exhibits being available in PDF format, so I believe there is a technical problem with the way the SEC's EDGAR filing website receives and EDGARizes submissions -- a technical support request is pending about this problem, and the helpful staff at OTC Markets Group, Inc. are trying to get the problem solved by the SEC, also, because clearly there should be an 8-K cover page and each one of the PDFs should be available for anyone to review as a single document. The raw filing looks like a correctly-structured XML or XBRL document containing the PDF Exhibit(s) embedded within, so the problem may be with a third-party. Until this technical problem is solved you must read both of the URLs, above, to see the entire 8-K filing or else access the raw filing directly from sec.gov here:
