Think it needs a catalyst. Might be tough in this sector but I like the lowish OS, +earnings/PE and since they recently expanded I wager earnings will increase over the course of the coming year.

I thought it would get more action during China's plenum but it didn't. I'm scaled in about 1/2 a position and keeping it on the radar. Will only add if traders put it "in play."

Earlier in the year there was an informal offer to buy the co out at 1.40 which didn't come to fruition, so maybe that'll happen in 2014.
