rufio: You can't assume that Scanbuy is now infringing NeoMedia. Scanbuy signaled in September they were going after NeoMedia and they are forming a "partnership" to join the battle.

However, timing-wise they also signed a Microsoft deal for the right to Microsoft Tag just before their license with NeoMedia ended. That may explain the new brazen offense. Depending on the deal structure, Scanbuy could now be an affiliate of Microsoft and therefore covered under the Microsoft license.
