Odd lots are a nuisance that one has to live with
on the OTC or Pink. What would be more reasonable
is decent minimum blocks...
I've had my share of partial fills (like 50 shares out of a 500000 order). If it's a buy, I end up paying a commission for that penny buy. 'Rules' are really near-non-existant!
