Logical thought : We have seen the negative reaction to the 10KSB . IMO it is better to have this 10KSB before
any positive news rather than after .

Can we imagine getting new website / AAFES / Circuit City news first , and then the nasty 10KSB !!! It is likely that GZFX could
have had a monster run on a combination of positive news and
if the 10KSB had been released around March 31st there would have been CATASTROPHIC LOSSES to those who bought on the run-up .

Also IMO , those investors who are averaged at over .02 cents
should theoretically recover ALL of their money on the premise
that website / AAFES / CC / other news still occurs .

For GnF to release the 10KSB 2 full months earlier than they have done in the past supports my assessment that they too wanted to get the negative news out BEFORE releasing any positive news .

Better to have the Buckley's medicine now .....again IMO .
