Well I'd agree with you on sell side analysts. For a company like Ariad that I follow closely I typically feel like I know more than most of the analysts covering the company. Although Rachael is knowledgeable but I do believe somewhat disgruntled. Not so much that she is being unprofessional but I do believe biased. Some of my friends are analysts and, I can say this because they don't know my handle on ihub, I can't say I'm impressed with their analysis so I take sell side opinion with a grain of salt. Especially their modeling which I typically think is awful
