IFON could be a buyout target for FB, TWTR or any other consumer facing data usage company. That way the buyer could acquire a developed handset and profits, and at the same time expand their service offering to their user base by tweaking the software.
IFON, by not committing customers to long-term contracts makes more money on a percentage basis by selling higher priced minutes. Think of it like Gillette: Give the razor handle away at just above cost, but make lots of money from the razor blades.
Now if you expand higher priced minutes to higher priced data usage by the minute, you see the value for FB, TWTR, etc.
