Oh well the checks are out. For the restricted " buy period " I received approx. 1/3 rd. of what I lost ( had stolen ) from me during that period of buys.
Hope at minimum some made out better % wise but I doubt it. 2/3 rds. of money recovered for the administration of the program and 1/3 rd. to the victims. ( discovered money that is ). And I don't doubt a whole lot more missed but that would take extra work to find.
