Lie: Dave said the NP-1 can use H.265 codecs now, but cant because licensing isnt available till next year.

Fact: The NP-1 cannot run the new codec because their mobile chipset (Tegra 4) cannot support it. Companies like DIVX are already using the x265 codec so it can be licensed today. You just need a mobile chipset that is powerful enough, like the Snapdragon 805 or the Tegra 5.... or have a computer with a more powerful cpu/gpu...
