you are totally correct, the question is ,what did they use the money for ? in the past and they have issued stock for revenue the bills weren't paid down and the debt grew. thus the pps takes disasterous dives. and if you look at the pps chart you will see that the direction over the past eight years is only one direction. down. i sincerely hope that i am wrong this time and the pps goes up as i do not like to see anybody lose money.
