Perhaps the perception that we are in a SECULAR Bear market is incorrect. A massive waterfall decline should NOW occur if that's the case!!! If it doesn't occur, HOWEVER, we may have merely completed Wave 4 coming off of year 2000 and we are now in Wave 5(up) of a normal albeit severe Bear market.
