lippy, I can only comment to a limited degree as I like everyone else here do not know what is going on. Actually my saying that we had about 2 billion shares was pretty close but I didn't know they were going to sell nearly a billion for cash in the bank.

Yes, I definately believe Circuit City is a done deal. No reason it should not be. Win, win for both and CC has no financial outlay.

No, I don't read the filing as them not caring about CC. I do think they are saying that CC is not our only salvation and I too believe that. It would take longer to build a million sub base without them but build they will. As there were only 17 stores for 2 months, and another 10 for about 6 weeks, they are saying that CC was not the cause for the bulk of the new subscriptions. BUT we all know that even though most were purchased directly from GZFX many were brought about by the hype caused by the CC deal.

I have no idea what the going price is for reportedly a crackerjack CFO, and the total of $236,000 (at 1c a share) includes the services of his accounting firm. I see we got the annual out a full 2 months sooner than expected.
