This is an interesting post and could be true....

"Getting this 10K out this early is "record time", IMO.

This tells me they want it out of the way so they can concentrate on rolling their sleaves up and really getting to work and to give the shareholders the news they deserve, ASAP. Remember, they don't put out fluff, only news AFTER the fact. I smell a new DC and maybe another aquisition soon. They needed to do this because if that happens, everybody would be screaming, "HOW CAN THEY AFFORD THIS!?". Well, now we know how they'll afford that (if they come) and how they afforded what they've already done.

I don't know what it means, but it just seems good to me. If they thought it were bad news, I'd think they would've waited until the last minute to release it. Not here...IMO they must've had it all written up and just waited for the #'s to come in, fill in the blanks and have the accountants and lawyers review it. I've never seen a 10K, let alone a 10Q come out in one month.

Any other opinions on the lightning quick 10K?"
