Lol, the moderator is tired of Mike and Bill saying concerns. He states Panik and the other 28 shareholders stole the codec. TMM was broke (still doing private placements though)and Iterated would not do any more business with them due to conflicts and non-paymrnts. Then Fernandez went back on his promises with the 29 shareholders who formed DFI. Therefore they went on their own, had a lawsuit with Simpson/Fernandez, won that and when Simpson was ordered to give the codec and all copies to DFMI, he didn't and sold it to TMMI. Yet you, with your rose colored and sugary glasses on, say TMMI was slighted. My goodness.
