What does this mean?

"The court will make a determination on an officer/directors bar and/or disgorgement, if any at a future hearing."

Is this legal speak meaning Mr. Rooney is likely to be barred from holding a position with Positron? Or am I reading this wrong.

A permanent injunction sounds slightly ominous.

Please advise.
