Yes that is what I replied to SF when I said:

"Maybe it would be better for NRTI to wait until the new year to release a PR on the tax credit news even though they will have to do filing as soon as they are notified about what they will receive in tax credits this year."

I agree I think NRTI is very undervalued at this time. making it a great speculative buy for anyone seeking a great opportunity for next year. I think the stock can only go higher from here, as this bottom base has been clearly defined this past week. Cheers!
