They need to go after ITRO because they have A LOT in assets and unreported revenue. They also own a gold and copper property in NV. Very slick move to try to keep this from being seized.
This property is majority owned by an ITRO division named Auric Gold & Minerals. On the original court records, in the defendent list of ITRO subsidiares, at the very end, it says Itronics Gold & Minerals. This was disolved and renamed as Auric Gold & Minerals but it's the same. The lawyers never caught on to this.
This property alone is worth a small fortune. Close to 400 claims owned. Someone close to the company told me years ago that Whitney was paranoid they would come after it. He knows damn well he pulled a fast one and the lawyers can easily come after it. Why didn't they??? I even notified someone at PwC a long time ago. Why no action? Aren't they supposed to be in charge of this?
All of this information can be easily verified. I'm not here blowing smoke up anyone's butt. Whitney needs to go to prison and the NIR bagholders deserve compensation from seized assets that are being hidden in plain sight. What's it going to take to make it happen? How many more emails and phone calls do I need to make? Who do I need to contact? So far nothing but apathy and people unwilling to do their job. ALL of them!
