This was basically a re-start up company with virtually zero revenues, how did you think they were going to set up and impliment the MS Essentials line? They had to use shares to pay the bills and when (not if) revenues start showing in the 1st/2nd 'Q's those extra issued shares will be deemed accretive not dilutive. Come back in summer and if we're still trailing a sub .20 pps feel free to tell us all I told you so. JMO
