Agree.I also expect somethings have been in the works for many months.I keep saying it,Them last (2) SEC filing 10K,10Q were a pieces to the puzzle.

Just speculating but I think this lawsuit is over before the hearing.If not the defendants attorneys are playing russian roulette with there clients money imho they can not overcome the plantiffs cause of actions.

This case was over before it started.The defendants done the only thing they could which was delay,delay and not pay.That time is gone now and its getting serious going forward.
