"J.P. Morgan’s Paul Coster this morning reiterates a Neutral rating on shares of 3-D printer maker 3D Systems (DDD), while raising his price target to $60 from $58.50, after raising his revenue estimates but trimming his EPS number to reflect higher R&D investment by the company.

3D Systems closed at $83.19."

Would someone please explain how an analyst who has raised his "target" a bit over 2% can give a "neutral" rating rather than a "sell" when the stock is trading 40% above his "target".

I'm very long DDD but quite confused by this. DDD is up pre-mkt.

Thanks,

Doc
