THEY PROB FIGURED THEY MIGHT AS WELL GET THE LAST SHRED OF EQUITY SHAREHOLDERS HAD LEFT BEFORE THE Q CAME OUT, THEY WERE PROBABLY BETTING THAT THE PEOPLE WHO WERE LEFT WOULD START BAILING AFTER READING THAT HORRID MESS.
