I hope you're right, but at least I expect that they will know and also be able to communicate when they will be cash-flow positive and also alter their "policy" from the current 8% going forward. This could actually be very interesting!
It could also mean that they see this as the very last day they expect to have financing in place and with that maybe some extra-dividend as Solomon mentioned in Stockholm.
If neither of the above I really don't see any reason why mentioning anything like this in a PR.
