Exactly they know what's coming and going out. We don't but someone's counting beans or I envision an abacus and some old guy with thick glasses. The states and institutions like to have detailed records. Boy this board is gonna go banana's when they do release some info. It'll be nice to have something concrete to bicker about. Tnke just released 73 pages of fins I'd be happy with 4.
