MISM - You mean MISM isn't headed to the AMEX as stated by Mr. Wingett on the radio interview lol. The claims are bold to put it politely, I wish the SEC HAD the time and resources to look into some of these PINKS. More investors would be better protected from losing their hard earned money. If some of these guys put as much effort into doing the right thing as they did doing the wrong thing, they might actually make some headway. It seems like a lot of them could care less about trying to sell shares strategically etc. I mean, I know PINKS are for the most part cash starved, however, most of these guys just blow out the company without even trying to keep the PPS afloat. They could care less about TRYING to make it work, it's simply a share selling ATM, they blow it out without disregard. Unbelievable.
