Lawyers love to roll out the red carpet on a botched IPO.

Shareholders jump all over that and the funny thing is they end up receiving very little over the deal.

I wouldn't waste the time it takes to fill out the paperwork.

Nothing done or said changed my perception of VMEM. Chartwise - I love it more. I love a beaten down and trodden on stock... especially an IPO.

And I love the fact the drama has already started at the company with the ax of the CEO.

Kudos to them. Save face. Get rid of someone! LOL ;)
