kayak admits merger:

If I am right, the Hawk deal will be over by the end of January.

Nice... and it appears to be about right... HAWK finalizes their deals first, then Condor prepares the two for merger... maybe Condor is doing that right now and just waiting for HAWK to finalize the deals... then BAM! announce the merger...
