As far as I know, ILNS is not seeking punitive damages.

Read the complaint #48.Grant such other relief as is just & proper.

Read the memorandum of law # 75.Look real hard cause the second claim is for alot more then the 2 million owed,interest/legal fees.

The plantiff is seeking more then what the disputed breach is (2) million 9% interest,legal fees.

Plantiff shall be entitled to damages if the court agrees that a breach occured.IMO it not only occured but it was intended by the defendandts long before going back to said dispute regarding the EOP patent dispute.
