Stering:

Thanks for responding, let me do a counter response. My responses are in RED.

1 – A reverse split could happen – Won’t happen as the company has already confirmed this. (This is only meaningful if you trust GLER's PR and filings, I do not.)

2 – An increase in the AS could happen to give them that cushion… if needed. (I agree with you on this point.)

3 – A significant buyback of shares could happen as I have seen some companies do. (Technically, you are correct. However, GLER uses shares as money and they never seem to have enough so a buyback is not plausible to me.)

4 – Shares bought back could then be retired back to the Treasury to reduce the OS to create that cushion, if needed, as I have seen some companies do too. (My answer for #3 above covers this point as well.)

A few things can happen when a company gets close to maxing out its Authorized Shares (AS) from what I have seen with my over 15 years of investing:

1 – A reverse split could happen – Won’t happen as the company has already confirmed this.

2 – An increase in the AS could happen to give them that cushion… if needed.

3 – A significant buyback of shares could happen as I have seen some companies do.

4 – Shares bought back could then be retired back to the Treasury to reduce the OS to create that cushion, if needed, as I have seen some companies do too.

I am in another stock now that has just retired back 2.1 billion shares to its Treasury to significantly reduce their OS down to a what is now considered very low for a penny stock. A buyback of shares and a reduction in the OS by having those shares retired back to the Treasury is not out of the question and is what I am leaning towards to happen here with GLER. This can also be the plan for how Hawk will capture it’s 20% that was mentioned within the Share Exchange Agreement between GLER & Hawk. Imagine that… then imagine just how big this could really be. Now think about that other stock that recently did a buyback of shares that had gone from these levels to .08+ per share.

Also, I saw your previous question. Your answer will be provided in an upcoming post that I am still working on to explain how the 10-K was just what the doctor ordered for us here in GLER. You might be pleasantly surprised as that 10-K is a huge ”subliminal” sign that all what they have been planning and informing us of what they are going to do is further confirmed with this 10-K they have just filed. Keep in mind too that this 10-K is an Audited Financial that was filed with the SEC.

Stay tuned… I’m organizing these thoughts now.
