Like all 10-Ks, there is some good and some bad. I think that the news is going to be so big here with GLER that the bad that some are bringing out is not going to matter.
The days are here for where a company substantially exists if their Outstanding Shares (OS) is considered to be huge. Well, huge is in the eye of the beholder. I can show you some stocks within the penny stock realm and the major market realm that has an OS far higher than what we have here with GLER. During this day and age, having a high share structure could be needed to add liquidity if the news is going to be as big as we suspect.
Bottom line with the 10-K, it's good that they filed the 10-K as some stocks don't even file financials on such level. Like with most stocks, its the pending news of growth that's going to be important here with GLER for how high GLER trades and not so much the 10-K.
The 10-K is important because it was a mandatory norm or formality that had to be filed before the company could move forward by maintaining this first level of important transparency. They are showing their legitimacy now and I have a lot to explain about the good a little later. Keep in mind too... this 10-K is an Audited Financial of which we have a lot to talk about as to what they have done was reflected some tremendous growth right before our eyes.
